Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

2. Product Information and Handmade Disclaimer

All our products are handmade, which means slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are not defects but a part of the uniqueness of handmade products. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will precisely match the physical product. 

Custom Orders are also governed by our Custom Order Terms and Conditions found in the Custom Order Terms & Conditions.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We accept credit cards as a form of payment. Payment must be received before an order is processed. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unauthorized use of payment, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.  

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes 

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and take necessary action to recover funds, including suspending your account and restricting future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in legal action. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unwarranted, you agree to reimburse us for any fees or costs incurred due to the chargeback process.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Electric Palm Tree is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. All products are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:
